With a stunning jade-tiled sushi bar, bamboo pillars, wooden birch trees, and a black river rock wall, Nobu transports you to the small traditional sushi bars of the Far East. The impressive and creative menu offers the full gamut of traditional Japanese cuisine including tempura, teriyaki, sushi, and sashimi. Signature creations include yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, lobster salad, squid pasta and the house specialty black cod with miso soup served in butter-lettuce cups topped with an edible flower garnished with grated daikon.
